We have created this email privacy & confidentiality policy to demonstrate
our firm commitment to your
privacy and the protection of your information.
Why
did you receive an email from us?
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed
with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of
receiving information in the future, sign-in with one of our many equestrian
guestbooks, equestrian bulletin boards, sent an inquiry email or simular.
All of these are considered an "opt-in", (b) you have registered
or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us, or (c) your
message has been referred to you by a colleague or via a professional organization.
We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
How
we protect your privacy
We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration
of data used by our system.
Survey
Results
Your answers will be anonymous. Any information you provide will be protected
under the strict guidelines of our Privacy Policy. Any answers will only be
recorded as part of a group (e.g. "80% agree with the statement
")
and used internally for verification of message receipt and for internal planning.
No individual information will ever be distributed.
Sharing
and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone
without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information
submitted to us is only available to MultiMedia Designs who manages this information
for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request
for information, related information, and to contracted service providers
for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
How
can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving
email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this,
simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. If you have received
unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent
via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to
webmaster@mmd-ca.com for
review.
Content
All content provided shall
be kid friendly of a "G" rating.
The content of the recieved
emails will always be horse, riding, training, equestrian or equestrian related
information. You
agree to recieve this information willingly and without reservation.
If you feel you have received
unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent
via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to
webmaster@mmd-ca.com for
review. All complaint
will be taken seriously.
Laws
All recieved emails are
compliant with all USA federal and state laws regarding email messages including
the
California Business and Professions Code. We will provided "opt out"
email contact so you can be deleted from our mailing list.
In addition we will provided in the subject line "ADV" to provide
you notification that this is a commercial advertisement
for persons over 18 yrs old.
Age Limitations
Only persons of 18 years of age or older are allowed to register for
the mailings. In the United States of American, Minors, persons under the
age of 18, are not legally allowed to agree to any contractual agreement without
the direct permission of a parent or legal guardian. Therefore, for our and
your legal protection, all minors must get their parents or legal guardian
permission and use the parent or legal guardians name for the registration.
Known violation of this restriction will result in the immediate removal and
blocking of submitted email address. If you are a parent or legal guardian
of a minor who has registered for this service without your permission and
do not wish then to continue to recieve the mailing, please contact:webmaster@mmd-ca.com
for immediate review.
